Six mornings that change how the business actually runs.

A working session for business leaders, founders and managing directors who are past the start-up stage and finding that what got them here is now in the way.

The idea

Not a talk. Not networking with a speaker bolted on.

Each session takes one part of running a business, works through it properly with the room, and sends everyone away with something they can act on that week.

Two practitioners run it: one on the operating side, one on the commercial side. Both have sat in the chairs the room is sitting in.

Most people problems are planning problems. Most growth problems are structure problems. Very few are effort problems.

That is the through-line of the series — and the reason the sessions are ordered the way they are.

The morning

Three hours, and you are back at your desk by lunch

The shape is the same every session, so you always know what you are committing to.

The series

Six sessions, in the order the problems actually arrive

You can join at any point, but the sequence is deliberate — each one assumes the last. Sessions run 8:30 to 11:30 in Cheltenham.

SESSION ONE

Vision

Where the business is going, in terms everyone in it can repeat — and what that means for brand, audience and positioning.

Held · 15 July 2026
SESSION TWO

People

Right people, right seats. Scoping a role before you fill it, and what it costs when nobody does.

Held · 16 September 2026
SESSION THREE

Data

Run the business on numbers, not gut feel. The handful of measures that tell you what is actually happening, weekly.

Next · 14 October 2026
SESSION FOUR

Issues

Getting problems out of people's heads and onto a list — then solving them properly instead of working around them.

12 November 2026
SESSION FIVE

Process

The handful of processes the business genuinely depends on, documented well enough that they survive a resignation.

13 January 2027
SESSION SIX

Traction

Turning the plan into ninety days of work with owners, dates and a meeting rhythm that holds it together.

10 February 2027
Who it's for

A small room, and we are careful about who is in it

The room only works if everyone in it is carrying the same kind of weight.

It is for you if

  • You are the founder, managing director or chief executive
  • The business is past the start-up stage — typically 10 to 250 people
  • You want to grow, and you suspect the constraint is now internal
  • You will say something honest in a room of your peers

It is not for you if

  • You are coming to sell to the room
  • You want a keynote rather than a working session
  • You cannot commit three hours without stepping out to take calls
  • You are sending a delegate instead of coming yourself
The hosts

Two practitioners, two sides of the same business

Nobody is presenting a theory they have not had to live with.

About Victoria

Victoria Moffatt

Professional EOS Implementer® · Your Why Ltd

Victoria runs the operating half of each morning: vision, structure, accountability and the disciplines that hold a growing business together.

She spent her early career climbing the corporate ladder, then sat in the seat she now coaches — Integrator and COO in scaling technology businesses — before founding two companies of her own. She tried self-implementing EOS before training as a Professional Implementer, so she knows where it gets difficult.

She now works with leadership teams across the South West to get a whole company running on one system, and chairs a peer group for ambitious leaders.

About Marion

Marion Barnham

Fractional CMO · Barnham Marketing

Marion runs the commercial half: where revenue actually comes from, and what has to be true inside the business for it to arrive.

Twenty years in marketing leadership across defence, engineering, automotive and cyber security, including at board level. She has built marketing functions, restructured them, and sat on the boards deciding what each one was for.

She now works as a fractional CMO with a small number of B2B clients, giving each the marketing leadership a full-time hire would bring without the full-time cost.
